Ingrid is a groundbreaking social entrepreneur developing projects around the resource sector and founder and managing director of Metals for Humanity.

She founded and directed the Pure Silver Initiative, increasing access to clean water in Mexican poor and rural communities through incorporating the inherent antibacterial properties of silver into water disinfection systems in schools and clinics. Along with sponsor Fresnillo PLC, the Pure Silver Initiative implements CSR programs in mining communities and humanitarian projects in non-mining communities.

As a PAIG advisor, Ingrid helps guide our vision for a sustainable future through the convergence of business and social initiatives.

Ingrid studied Social Anthropology at the University of Cambridge, where she earned her PhD and has lectured at Simon Fraser University and the University of British Columbia.
